I got the L.U.C 1.98 before the L.U.C 1.96
As I could not find a L.U.C 1860 automatic chronometer, the L.U.C 1.98 Quattro was my first Chopard watch.
Perhaps that is why I don't use it as much; it was my "temporary settling" watch.
I continued the search in Singapore, HKG, Paris, Tokyo and finally found a dealer in London who had connections to Geneva for a L.U.C 16/1860/1 a.k.a. The Watch.

alkiro, Thanks. The watch you found is from the early regular production L.U.C 16/1860/2 that promised 1860 pieces of each type of metal case e.g. three colours of gold and platinum. Those watches did not have an Officer caseback but a spare solid engrave...
