Outstanding service from Chopard
I have never posted before. Recently I received such wonderful service and backup from Chopard that I felt the only proper way to say thank you to the Chopard team was to say it on a public forum.
I have a four year old WG Strike1. A few weeks ago I had an accident with it which resulted in a small scratch. Almost invisible, but I knew it was there. The only option (for me, at least) was to get it repaired.
I took it to Chopard's London shop, who sent it to Chopard headquarters in Fleurier, Switzerland. Yesterday I collected it from the shop in London. It had been perfectly repaired (polished and replated) as well as being given a full mechanical service. I braced myself for the bill. NO CHARGE! I had to pinch myself...was I dreaming...was my fantasy life intruding on reality? No, it was just wonderful service.
Thank you, Chopard.

Dropped my five year old LUC Sport 2000 off at the NYC Boutique last month for an overhaul (to repair a broken automatic winding system). Picked it up less than 4 weeks after drop off and it's running superbly. Another superb service experience. JDP NYC, ...
