Panic: bad scratch on my Chrono One
Friends, I just have to share my bad feeling. It just happened that I scratched my rosegold Chrono One in a bad way: I hit the wall with the watch while moving and the upper part of the bezel got real bad scratches :-( :-(. The scratched part now looks no more polished but dull :-(
Is it hard to polish this again? I´m afraid that the whole case gets ruined then...
Sorry to bother you with this but perhaps someone can understand this feeling?

I heard many stories of people who have sent their watches in for repairs after bad scratches and the watches came back looking brand new. Plus, I've only heard good things about Chopard's customer service, so I wouldn't worry too much. Keep us posted on ...

can you send me a pic? Sorry to hear that. And you could also go to the Boutique to enquire. I know they have spot-welding machines in factory, probably could fill up with gold and then polished down. Kong
