Small scratch on my Chrono one
This is the nightmare of everyone. We try to be as careful as possible... always turn your wrist when passing a wall or doorpost and have your watch covered by your sleeve etc... But when it happens ..bugger. It happened also with me. You try keep it as new as possible, but the first scratch hurts. I have a (luckily a very small) scratch on the case side now. I always wear my watches with the risk that something might happen. I leave it like this. Its part of the watch now.
Good luck with your watch.
Sorry to hear...

I heard many stories of people who have sent their watches in for repairs after bad scratches and the watches came back looking brand new. Plus, I've only heard good things about Chopard's customer service, so I wouldn't worry too much. Keep us posted on ...

can you send me a pic? Sorry to hear that. And you could also go to the Boutique to enquire. I know they have spot-welding machines in factory, probably could fill up with gold and then polished down. Kong
