As these are rare and even piece uniques, there are not enough to go around.
In fact, they probably are seen in selected Red Carpet boutiques even within the Chopard boutique network.

For the piece uniques, they tend to rotate through the big cities like Tokyo, Shanghai, Singapore, London, Dubai, Gstaad etc depending on the social season. You need to get your friendly neighbourhood Chopard manager to search their inventory database for product location on a weekly basis.
The upcoming QP Salon in London mid-November 2015 may be a good place to see some of them. I know that there may be one very SPECIAL timepiece shown in public for the first time this year.....Its NOT a Chopard!
