I have to agree with you, A .... the fin-like openwork bridges indeed provide a different look & feel.
I think it would be even more wonderful without the dial but with the mill-out platine too. L.U.C Engine One was so near but did not mill out.
The time to machine out the bridges definitely take extra time to complete than a typical plain piece.

Honestly, I'm not a great fan of these watches, I much prefer Chopard when they play a different tune... It is the reason why I my fav of this collection is the SuperFast Automatic, the most simple one. Fx
