A Cartier for my wife to be....................
Hi, I am about to get married and want to buy my wife a watch as a wedding present.
I am interested in buying her a Tank Solo as I like the simplicity of the dial and the high polish of the bracelet - and I also think Cartier has that certain touch of class. The decision I am struggling with is the size - do I go for the small (which is designated as a ladies watch) or the large (which is detailed as mens).
This will be her first watch of such quality and I want to get it right. She currently wears a watch with a 35mm round dial - so could wear either.
Does anyone have any thoughts/comments?

I'd get her the larger sized Tank
The smaller sized Cartier Tank Solo is 31mm while the larger sized is 35mm. Since she's used to wearing a 35mm round, I wouldn't go smaller. Cheers, Anthony ...

First of all: congratulations and have a great party!! Back to the question in hand: I would also go for 35 mm. As 31 mm can look a bit grandma like. But as stated below; indeed ask a fitting from another lady with roughly the same wrist size.
