A quick malte dual time question?
hey VC fans,
I recently aquired a Malte Duel Time Regulator WG, after several months of use I finally commited the dreadfull mistake I was hoping to avoid for at least a couple of years... I banged it into a door on my way out... which inevitably scratched the watch. I thought I would recover in a couple of days, but it had been almost 2 weeks and I am disgusted every time I look at it. I can't even wear the watch because it depresses me to look at it.
I would like to polish it, but would prefer not to send it out to VC, I read about the Cape Code clothe, any good? Does someone have another polish clothe that they have used with great success on their WG or YG watch? Also, is the Duel Time Regulator rhodium plated?, I heard not to use a polish clothe on rhodium plated watches? If True, what can I use then?
Any advise or information is welcome, please hurry you are my last hope as I seem to be completely losing my mind
