collecting comes full circle

As a much younger man I was turned on by watches at the age of 18. I purchased my first watch on my birthday (omega speedmaster) and two months later I was back in front of the counter again, this time taking home a two tone blue sub. I wore that sub for almost a year straight until my tastes changed a bit and I started to get much more heavily into watches and wanted something a bit more low key but more special.

since than, I've had the pleasure of experiencing a lot of very cool pieces, but none of them were rolexs since the first sub.

Well that will change as soon as UPS arrives this morning. I've come full circle and bought a ceramic SS sub. Can't wait for it to arrive. I have a Nato waiting with the changing tools ready to go. So i'm back in the fold.
