The main reason for the 16 is that it's not a ton-eau shape
The case really appeals to me specially when I saw Mr.Mille himself sportting one which I think was titylt and looked awsome Till now the 004 has been on my wrist for two weeks continuously (not exactly a daily beater but none the less) havnt taken it off...

..go for it, slim enough to be a daily wearer .. I thnk the 16 tends to polarize opinion, yoru either a fan or your not, if you are great then would be a cool daily
