First foray into macro watch photography.
Lots to learn, and much more gear-equipment to acquire (my strap budget may have to be slashed) but several members have served as inspiration and provided some guidance.

I'm working with an iphone 11 PRO (handheld photos, no tripod yet), a macro lens, and my bedside lamp 🤦🏿♂️

Glad to hear that my suggestions helped...and I have to say you did very well for a 1st try.
Natural light plays is a big part into these and being steady as well, echoing the masters. It helps to hold the iphone+Macro lens near, focus it then zoom in. Enjoy!
