Sent my Panoreserve to Swatch, Singapore in October 2006 with a spoilt PR indicator problem. Initially I was disappointed with Swatch. The service was slow and there was no feedback whatsoever. After 4 months I then resorted to writing to Dr Muller and he responded within a day! The VP of Glashutte service in Singapore was activated and called me up the next day to attend to the problem. I did get my watch back in March 07 but the Swatch technician had scratched the dial. Thus the watch was back to the repair shop and I requested that it be sent to Glashutte this time for a dial replacement (I still think that our local service centres have some way to go in terms of workmanship quality!). Well I just got the watch back yesterday and looks much better. 7 months is pretty long time for servicing such a simple watch... its far from being as complex as a tourbillon.. even the technician at Swatch commented that the caliber 65 is rather simple to service... anyway I got the watch back in pretty good condition which is what's important. Some pics here... perhaps the 7 months was worth waiting...
