Help with very early patek wristwatch

Hello,
Recently I acquired a vintage patek phillipe watch with an enamel dial, two rear lids, and a crown set time mechanism. Everything pointed to a pocket watch except for the fact that it had lugs attached to it. Now I've seen my share of adapted pocket watches, but this one did no fit the "profile". The lugs are perfectly made and the watch has no sub-dial seconds, just hour minute. It's an 11 lignes sized watch and when I decided to request an extract from the archives I was informed that it is indeed an original wristwatch (possibly a transitional piece) manufactured in 1910 and sold in 1919.

Does any one know about early wrist watch history from Patek that might be able to guide me in a better direction?
