I have a question concerning the 27-460 movement >
There is some confusion about the correct number of jewels that are in the 27-460 movement. My 3433 has thirty jewels. I have been told that a 3445 had 37 jewels. What would account for the difference? Is it possible that the difference is accounted for by the calendar mechanism in the 3445 and the use of ball bearings instead of jewels in the winding rotor?
