I'd love to do a little research on your question but unfortunately all my books are packed away for our move (not that I'm sure I'd be able to find anything out anyway). I've seen 27-460's listed with 37 jewels and even one 27-460Q listed with 34 jewels (?) but I'm not aware of any 30 jewel versions. Don't read anything into my ignorance though as I am far from an expert on Patek movements.
According to Walt O's Horologium article on the 27-460, some early problems with the movement made them add two jewels (in the automatic system), but, from his pictures, it doesn't look like the calendar has any jewels (although it's not made entirely clear). It's something of a mystery to me.
