I have a Namiki that has a little bit of raden to simulate a pool of water where frogs live. But it's only a tiny little bit of raden.
Credor made a dial like this a few years ago.

It was a limited edition of some sort.
And I don't think they sold any or many outside of the Japanese domestic market.
