My vow not to buy another watch for 1.000 years after my last purchase in November (an IWC MR) hasn’t lasted long. 🙄

But again I managed to sell another three “lukewarm” watches of my collection (please don’t get me wrong: they are beautiful and in top condition, but I don’t wear them anymore since my taste has developed in another direction - so just not “hot” enough for me) to partially fund this beauty: a Moser Purity Perpetual Calendar.

My next important step from quantity to quality.

Many thanks to Maltie who gave me the hint where to find a new unworn piece for a good price. Although he had the chance to offer his own Moser to me.

A great attitude and watch friendship! Such things you just find here on this forum in this special community I believe...

I also am thinking to go that route, quality of quantity but i do like all of my watches in my collection 😫. I do told myself not to buy another watch for a while.

Its a luxury problem i know , but I don’t know which watch i need to sell then . I like them all and most have a special meaning for me or are special made for me

me too! The black alligator strap is the original one. The brown nubuck leather is also from Moser but initially not delivered with this watch. I am not sure which I like more. But I tremendously like the casual look of the nubuck leather, so I will start... 

It’s OK Thomas, you broke your promise but you do get a very nice reward!

For all the colours potentially available on Moser dials, I do like this one very much. And the strap choices as you show here really move the watch from formal to casual very easily; the benefit of the dial colour. I look forward to some wrist shots once...

first step to ... hell... But I certainly do not regret this decision. I LOVE this dial which changes form a very dark blue to black. And it’s one of a very small amount of watches where the date window REALLY works. Even on the beautiful Moser light blue...
