Where the SIHH Montblanc 2015 novelties were showcased to customers here. Of most interest generally to customers here were the Montblanc Heritage Spirit Orbis Terrarum, the new Heritage Chronometrie series, the E-Strap and the Tourbillon Cylindrique Geospheres.
Thanks to Montblanc Singapore (especially to my friendly sales representative from the MB boutique here who always takes good care of me), I was invited to a series of events in Montblanc's black and white week this week. Unfortunately I have been unwell lately and could only attend one of the events and I couldn't stay long for dinner too.
But no matter how bad my cold and cough is... I felt I must attend to take some photos and share! I didn't have the chance to handle all the novelties in the previous event at Sincere so was happy this time I could see more novelties up close!
Some pictures to share here, this time not in a glass display!
The LE 60 Heritage Chronometrie Exotourbillon Minute Chronograph Vasco da Gamma
A nice heft on my wrist in white gold. Too large for me at 44mm but still looks nice I feel! The blue dial is very beautiful in the metal - like gazing at the blue skies with the stars at night. Price for LE 60 pieces and a Tourbillon with Chronograph is also good value to me. Movement finishing as good as the gold Nicolas Rieussecs.
The regular Heritage Chronometrie Exotourbillon Minute chronograph in pink gold
The Heritage Chronometrie Quantieme annual calendar Vasco da Gamma LE 238. This was on Mr Lambert's wrist when he visited Singapore. Pure elegance and the design of the larger moonphase blue disc being nearer to the bezel helps make the sub dials look less cluttered in the center. The moonphase is pretty nice - again feels like staring at the dark blue skies and the stars. The moonphase subdial shows the stars line up of the night sky above the Cape of Good Hope as Vasco da Gamma observed and recorded in 1947!
