On Philippe Dufour, once more...
Dear friends,
After two weeks with my Simplicity, I cannot be more enthusiast !
The previous thread was very interesting and I feel even happier to know that Phliippe Dufour was maybe
inspired by some old JLC designs. This really makes valuable "bridges"
between the Simplicity movement and the whole story of horology.
As I certainly agree that Philippe Dufour is a man (I don't believe in
God anyway !) I like very much the comparison made in the article
scanned below.

BTW: I took this article from an exhibition on high-end horology I
visitd in Paris yesterday and it was impressive to see, when discussing
with professionals, how Philippe
Dufour is respected by everybody in the horological community. Not ina
"mystic" way, just as one of the best watchmakers ever. No more, no
less.
