Overseas Dual Time...just because

I was at a lunchtime WIS GTG yesterday and one of the participants brought his "Deepstream" Dual Time Overseas on bracelet, an "upgrade" he requested and which was officially condoned by Charlie Torres on the spot.

It is such the perfect travel watch, is it not? I love the gray dial. I could happily live with it on the strap in rubber or leather, but the extra indulgence of the famous Overseas bracelet...why not?

Here it is with another second timezone watch owned by the same collector...what a lucky gentleman with superb taste. I think he is ready for any occasion wherever his travels may take him.

Then his collection will truly be complete! I like the Overseas Dual Time in any variation, but the steel and titanium models are most appealing to me (though the blue dial Chronograph is running a close second). Bill

I just tried on this Dual time piece last week. I really like the leather over the rubber. I love the dial. It is a very unique piece in the market from what I have seen. The VC bracelet is reserved for the blue chrono, at least from my wish list perspect...

Funny because the complication seems 'quaint' at best with so many multi-zone watches out there. But it's the design of it. I never liked power reserve 'swipes', but I like it on this watch A LOT and I can't put my finger on why. It might be like the JLC ...
