PP Aquanaut 5164 vs. PP Aquanaut 5167

I am looking for advice as to your feelings of my purchase of either a PP Aquanaut 5164 vs. PP Aquanaut 5167 (rubber strap).

I have a PP Nautilus 5712/1A (SS version) and wanted something different.

The 5164 is new this year and has a dual time zone.  By the way, what is the difference between this dual time zone and what is often referred to as a "GMT" watch?  Also Patek refers to this watch as a "travel time" watch.  Is this the same as a dual time zone?  I want whichever watch I choose to have the rubber strap.

The 5167 comes in steel and also comes in Rose Gold.  If you recommend the 5167, would you recommend the steel or the rose gold?  Keep in mind that I have the steel Nautilus.  Do you think the large difference in price is warrated between the rose gold watch vs, the steel version?  I want whichever watch I choose to have the rubber strap.

Also the price of the 5167 in rose gold is similar to the new 5164.  Between these similarly priced models, what would you choose and why.

I ultimately want a sporty everday look that is comfortable to wear in the summer.
