Quickies of my watch for the day...

Hi Journe fans,

It's been awhile since i'v posted here, and as some of you may know by now I recently got my camera!

I would like to share with you all my watch for today, the Chronometre Souveraine Black Label Boutique Edition.

I don't think any explanation is needed for this beauty, and i apologise because my photos do not do it justice! And the weather was NOT helpful at all in taking photos without flash. Another gloomy Tokyo winter day.

Just would like to add though that this baby is officially the MOST accurate watch that i have in my possession! It just doesn't deviate from it's rate at all no matter what! The only sad bit about this is that it doesn'T have a stop seconds function, so i almost can't set it according with the standard time. But as Monsieur Journe once said, the hack function of a watch can actually cause a movement to become imprecise, which is the reason why he chose not to put them in any of his watches even though he could. So it's kind of ironic i would say, that if he had put in a hack function, it would in turn cause the CS to probably be not as precise as it is now. Yet if he don't put it ( which is the reality), our CSs are very very accurate, but we can't set it to a standard time.

Well, one can't have everything in life as they say! ( other than that, this watch virtually meets all my criteria for a perfect watch, Hand-wound, 40mm,  platinum cased and platinum pin buckle, even what i did not ask for, but a power reserve in such a small watch!)
