Just had a chance to meet my friend (winewhiskywatches on IG) for a coffee and he was kind enough to bring out his Armin Strom Minute Repeater Resonance. He’s an extremely knowledgeable collector - I always learn a lot every time I meet him.
The minute repeater sounded amazing, and it was VERY cool being able to see it in action.
Loads of ridiculously well done finishing and nice touches like the applied markers and logo on smoked sapphire. The hand hammered bridges sparkle really well too in person. Just the right amount!
Needless to say, it was very cool checking out a real grail piece!

The R+MR looks quite significantly larger in the photo but right at home on your wrist.
The repeater is made by Le Cercle, they do good work!
They also made the movements for those Biver watches, but this is much cooler.
Such a great collector although i only speak to him online.
