Should I Purchase the Zenith Pilot Montre d'Aeronef Type 20 Tourbillon?
My current watch collection currently includes one AP Royal Oak Offshore, one Rolex Yachtmaster Full Gold, one Hublot Big Band, one Panerai 322, and a couple of Tag Huer.
At $50,000 US approximately, this watch would be my most expensive piece. I was wondering if this spcific model represents a good selection for the Zenith Connaissor and how this watch stacks up if compared to the reputation and value of a Lange 1 Time Zone or a Patek Nautilus? I know, very different watches but all 3 considered by me at this time.

I have the "simplest" model in rose gold and I really love it. And it is equivalent in price to your goal. For me, this Zenith is not relevant and nice for that price... but it is just my opinion ;-)

Well, in my opinion (of course it is just mine), the design is just awful. The size of the crown, the shape of the hands, the harmony of the dial... I do not know the size of the case but if it is more than 42mm forget it because this trend (huge case) is...

If you really like Zenith, have a look to the Zenith Academy Georges Favre-Jacot (a limited edition with a fusee chaine). More gorgeous I think ;-)

I personally think it is a great watch and good value for money (for a tourbillon), but I am a fan of their pilot range. My advice is to buy what you like, you already have a great selection of other watches/brands, this is a solid tourbillon and good loo...
