All very good recommendations and how I wish they were a bit bigger. I am 6'4" and I am finding that anything below 43 mm looks small on my wrist. The matter gets worse with my 6'10" son with whom I share my watches... I have the "simplest" model in rose gold and I really love it. And it is equivalent in price to your goal. For me, this Zenith is not relevant and nice for that price... but it is just my opinion ;-)

Well, in my opinion (of course it is just mine), the design is just awful. The size of the crown, the shape of the hands, the harmony of the dial... I do not know the size of the case but if it is more than 42mm forget it because this trend (huge case) is...
