Some Omegas "sing" to me ...
Team,
I'm not a "vintage" lover (some day I need to consolidate those considerations on a post) but some watches are "to die for".
Here is one, that belongs to my hairy friend Mr. A.
We share the same watchmaker and I remember seeing this watch there (shame on me, I didn't took any movement or case back pic).
Long story short, here are the pics, that explains much more than I can write:
The end of winter light was far from optimal. I did my best with my Canon EOS M.
With a heavy post processing, to show better the dial complexity.
Mr. A. was with another vintage, another beauty.
I will try to process those pictures and post (not here, is not an Omega).

Your 2c are 100% correct ...
You have sharp eyes. I was so focused on the dial and hands that I didn't not paid attention to the missing hour marks. Vintage watches (and anything vintage) always live on muddy waters. Experts here, like you, are the main safeguard to any watch collect...
Also, the Ω symbol . . .
. . . doesn't correspond to the type in common usage then. Still, not a bad looking job - much better than some I've seen. Art

Hi Art, I am not convinced that this is a re-dial - it might be original, also the Omega logo does not look weird to me... I think the dial has it´s origin from a different watch with much wider bezel and engraved numbers on the bezel. There was a so call...
