Time flies! I had considered its more modest sibling 3714 those days. Very reasonably sized for a Rattrapante.

The 3714 definitely shares the same crisp appearance. I recall initially being daunted by the 3712's size, as it predated the big-watch boom that would come in the ensuing years, but I've certainly had enough time to inure to it since then.
