Omega

Sunday with my Jumbos

I think I’m finally starting to understand something here. Despite not having figured out - yet - why these were made the way they were back in the 40s and 50s, I’m starting to understand their relevancy to watch collecting and why on a sunny Sunday afternoon, they are nothing short of perfection.

38mm stainless steel case, slightly domed crystals, leaf hands, applied indices and some serious patina on one dial versus light warm patina on the other, these are so much more fun to wear than most other modern watches.
