I have the big black lacquered 48 pound box for this watch, but honestly prefer something small for storage as it takes a lot of space and gets dusty 🤣 plus it is in the safe a lot anyways.
I like these richemont service boxes, they have solid sides and when the watch is inside the box it does not touch the top of the case (pet peeve of mine)

I used to collect cigar humidors...
They gathered too much dust on the bookshelves. And the bookshelves got too crowded with watch brochures. So the watch boxes and humidors are all stored in a closet! They take up a huge amount of space!
I store all of mine in the shoe closet.
So I throw out shoes to store the watch boxes. Well, not quite. So, I stopped buying shoes but can't stop buying the watches. Ha!
I view it as the sum of all the pieces.
