The GSPR submariner
Hi friends,
A little visit at Olivine shop in Paris (I thank them for reception) that I had opportunity to see one of this series restricted GSPR.
From memory, GSPR is an elite corps of the "Gendarmerie" which was loaded with the security of the president of the republic.

This group disappeared since the arrival of Nicolas Sarkozy in power.
This series restricted to 30 units was therefore created to memorialize existence but also the end of this section.
The watch is modern Sub Date (ref 16610) therefore SEL bracelet, box without opening horns.
The insignia of these troops flake on the face, the case back engraved with always the insignia, the restricted number of series and the years of creation and disappearing of the group.
A nice job was performed. The insignia is in golden grey and enamel, it is applied to the face contrary to Italian SD where the coat of arms is sérigraphié.
The volume of this one is comparatively important, he recuperates the index absolutely at 9 am.
It is very much probable that this sub blows up and becomes very "Collectible" in close future...
