Here are a few more (of the hundreds I took of the) dial shots.
I think these highlight the texture of the dial, which is not matte, or flat. The method used to create this texture is called “grenage”. (Everyone reading this probably knows this already.) Makes for a very different and attractive surface. And we don’t have to worry about whether or not the dial is stamped.

Glad you liked that photo and you agree we need not worry about grain-stamping.
I will definitely try, but it isn't as easy as I would like it to be.
A few weeks ago in Geneva, Les Ambassadeurs, which are official retailers of PF didn't have it. Maybe in Paris the next time I go there.
