I recently picked up a PF Kalpa which comes on a black gator strap.  It was my first experience with a tonneau case, in fact my first experience with any case that's not round.  I loved the feel of the watch on my wrist but felt the black gator lacked pizzaz.  Accordingly, I contacted my strap maker in Minneapolis  -  Alex Gravelle of VelleAlexander  -  and set in motion the process of making a couple of new straps.  

I felt the Kalpa screamed for a rich dark brown strap with small graining and here's how it turned out.

I then took a chance to have a "summer strap" made for the watch and, if you don't mind me saying so, I think it's a home run.  Here's the Kalpa with summer strap which is going to get a lot of wrist time.
