Vacheron Malte Chronograph Dubail Edition
Please find below a few pics of the WG Malte Chronograph especially made for the famous AD in Paris, Dubail.
It is a LE of 30 watches.
The main feature of this watch is a more sportive design than the classic Malte chronograph: black dial, red hands... you will notice that the strap is in harmony with the dial colors. It is a strange combo, we are not very used to see this watch in such context.
I was a bit afraid at the beginning but at the end, this design brings something different to the Malte Chronograph and the combo hands & dial works quite well.
Of course, the caliber is still the Lemania 2320.
The number of the LE is engraved on the case side.

An all black dial without this " Racing " Treatment would have been superb, IMO... With these touches of Red, I remember the old Peugeot 205 GTI which were tuned in a ridicluous way... A nice watch ruined by a vulgar design... SAD. Nicolas

I was not very convinced when I saw the press release. But after having seen the watch "in metal", I was seduced by the finishing of the dial. Sure the Malte Chronograph is not the best context for such decoration but at the end, I think the result is qui...

you would see from AP or RM but a bit unusual for VC IMO.Haven't seen one in the metal so can't really judge.Like the first of your wrist shots FX and IMO it does look nice in a sporty way and would go well with something casual like a black leather jacke...
