Officine Panerai

I’ve had this watch almost 8 years now, although it seems longer as my watch journey has taken many different turns during that time.  But when I get this on the wrist it reminds me what drew me to Panerai first in the early 2000’s; the simplicity and wrist presence of a Base model Panerai is hard to beat. 

Wristshot and camera being a little close makes it look bigger than it actually is on my wrist.  That said, only this and one other watch at 44mm remain in the collection.
