What are your favourite Lange?

Among all the Treasures created by this fabulous Manufacture, what are your favourite Lange, your best of, your absolute " TOP "?

I will begin to play, as Lange was one of these Manufactures that drove me in the stunning World of High Horology, 12 Years ago.

At the beginning, I was completely in love with 2 pieces...

The Lange 1 Tourbillon in platinum, for its originality, and its superb execution, at a moment where the Tourbi was quite magic, and pure poesy...



Absolutely unaffordable, this is a Dream Watch, indeed...

Better than the Lange 1 Tourbi, the " Pour Le mérite ", of course!



The Sublime Expression of Horological Art...

Then, there are more affordable watches, well, all being relative, of course...

And I see 3 among them:

1/ The Datograph, the one that I had to buy, the hunt, hard, but necessary to get one of the 4 nicest Chronos of the World, with a superb movement, a strong and timeless look, and an impressive feeling and level of finish and quality...



2/ The Langematik Anniversary:

An Hommage to the Manufacture, to Lange, of course, but also to the Noble Watchmaking in General, with its platinum case, its enamel dial, the XII in Red, and the " 4 " which is not IV, but IIII, as to keep in mind all the rules of the traditionnal horological code...



3/ The 1815 Moonphase:

With the Langematik Anniversary, The Lange 1 Tourbillon, and the " Pour le Mérite ", a serious LE from Lange, and a very charming one, with its beautiful and accurate moonphase ( only one day of Delay after 1000 years !!! ), and these stars on the dial...In platinum or Rose Gold ( with a light preference for the platinum ), a gorgeous watch!



There are, of course, some other serious competitors as the LunaMundi Set, the Cabaret, the Langematik Perpetual, and some others, but yes, for me, this trio ( Dato, Anniversary, and 1815 Moonphase ), is my favourite...
