What do we think of the La Joux-Perret movement LJP7380?
I think it's looking great with nice specs.. It is handwound. 90 h powerreserve.Thin at 2.7mm and has a diameter of 30mm.
It is not used by many brands. Sartory Billard SB5 uses a personalized version and it is also used by Arnold & Son.

Not bad at all
I personally prefer to see the gear train, for the same reason I am not a fan of the three quarter plates either.
It's a bit too monochromatic for my taste
The one with Geneva stripes is ok, the second example could happily exist under a solid caseback. I agree that much of the visual interest in a movement comes from the bridges and the wheels. Cazalea
