Turning the pages of JLC History book is a dangerous hobby.
Especially when it comes to Calendar watches.
Here is a beautiful example of Double Date I was lucky enough to admire one year ago, a round and a rectangular specimen, awesome with their black dials and their radium numbers and indexes:
If you want to go further in the quest of the Beauty, I think that what I will show you here is near the perfection.
A black dialed triple date!
To be honest, I always liked the Double or Triple Dates, but not at the point to jump one one, as I want to refrain a bit my Vintage JLC Collection, and as I first want to fall on a Triple Date Moonphase before deciding anything.
But here, with this black dial, the gorgeous round case, the flat crown, the overall proportions ( 36 mm if I'm not wrong ), and these delicious Teardrop lugs, we reach the Perfection, the sublime elegance of a dressy watch.
Now, I really wonder if I have to wait to see a Triple Date Moonphase before deciding anything...
Best,
Nicolas
PS: Clavi, it is up to you to talk!
