What would be your next?
I’m curious what the "next" F.P. Journe watch would be that you’d most like to add to your collection, and why.
Not necessarily the most expensive or the rarest/grail piece — just the one that currently speaks to you the most.
For me, it would be the Chronomètre Optimum.
From a technical standpoint it represents one of Journe’s most fascinating watches, combining the remontoire d’égalité with the EBHP natural escapement, both designed to deliver extremely stable power to the balance. On top of that, I’ve always been especially fond of the aesthetic combination of the platinum case with the rose gold (salmon) dial — understated, but incredibly elegant.
