Wristcheck X Audemars Piguet contributions

I havent posted anything for a while so I thought I would show some of my more «acceptable» contributions to the Wristcheck X Audemars Piguet contest last autumn. I didnt win, of course, and those who did had spectacular ideas and creativity way beyond me! The main reason for posting this now is that our net line is down and there’s not a damn good thing to watch on linear tv(!!) and going through my phone I found the images of my contributions to the contest.

The first concept is basically the Diver with the octogon bezel reflected inward in recycled titanium. Turned out a bit Nautilus/Aquanaut. No date made it look a bit dull. I had another one with a small second configuration which I dont have saved on my on my phone.




Second is a perpetual calender Royal Oak in tantalum with a smoke-ish black dial. No idea why the tantalum really, I just thought it would be cool. Should have gone with a different colour than black for the week index.




The third Royal Oak concept was inspired by the then newly released Concept 26579CS which showed AP could create green ceramic. With a blue and black ceramic perpetual calender, green was in my mind the natural progression of this. White dial to contrast the green case and bracelet.



Anyways, have a good saturday! If any has some suggestions I just might try to sketch it out.
