I went Back to the Boutique today. Pretty much all of you told me to buy it. My Last Hope was my girlfriend. She doesn't Like Most of my watches and I had hoped that she would tell me to stay away from this one. But even she liked it and she told me to ge...  

I also prefer the contrast the rubber brings to the watch. Without it, the watch (in all metals) just seems too formal to me. Looking forward to the pictures when it arrives. It might be the first one here, or at least I don’t recall seeing anyone regular...

Congrats! Why couldn’t you walk out of the boutique with the one in the photo?

Looks great on your wrist. I remember trying one in the Miami Boutique when they were in Bal Harbor. Very tempting, had it next to my centigraph. Unfortunately, I could't afford it.

You've learned never to ask this Community to give you reasons not to buy a watch. This Community is incapable of suggesting reasons not to buy a watch. This Community has been Vladded. This cannot be denied. Just enjoy that rattrapante. In the future loo... 

IMHO It is one of my most 3 awesome modern rattrapante. I give you one tip that most of the time will save you from buying one specific watch. Go see and touch another dream watch then dream for another grail watch.

On the other hand the other rattrapante watches in my grail list have serious disadvantages compared to this one so they wouldn't be able to keep me from buying this one.

The other grail double split would be the Patek 5370P. If I would rate purely the watch, it would beat the FPJ with its finishing, enamel dial and pure beauty. Taking into consideration my collection and the price point, I‘d rather buy the FPJ rattrapante... 

I want to keep the number of watches in my collection stable. So you could buy one of those. Not necessarily heavily Discounted, though.

It's a beautiful watch, congratulations! For a split second watch it sure is incredible value, especially when you compare it to the 5370P like you did! Enjoy it!
