Hope all is well my old friend, one thing I have consistently noticed over the years is how our tastes are very similar and are evolving the same way too LoooL, are we getting old or more refined and elegant???LoooL
For the past year I've been falling slowly but surely in love with FP Journe watches, I'm not one of those collectors who is too hung up about the technical aspects of a timepiece but am driven by the aesthetics and the play of light on the dial and case,...
And I never thought I would use "cool" to describe an FPJ! Beautiful, whimsical, elegant, these are the words that typically come to mind when describing one. But yours has the added (and delightful) cool factor! Congratulations on the acquisition. Wear i...
I have the 40 mm in platium with the silver dial which i love but this one really pops . a classic beauty a dressey and sporty watch all in one enjoy. You are starting the addiction out right . Wear in excellent health congrats.
Thanks for sharing some beautiful photos. I love how you caught all the jewel sinks on the movement. They are just glowing!!!! This dial color combo in indeed rare and looks great on your wrist. Wear it well! Best, Brad
On your fantastic looking FP Journe. The photos do your watch proud. It wasn't until the last photo that I realised, that the tip of the minute hand was the same colour as the numbers on the dial. A nice finish and one of things that we love about the uni...
Can't satisfy everyone but I personally like it and find it very unique, my father joked it looked dainty but then again he's an ex-Army guy and likes Panerais LoooL About Steampunk, we had a discussion on the genre here: home.watchprosite.com Hop...
Never seen this model before with this special red-lettered dial. Thanks for sharing! I especially appreciated the photos of the packaging and the manuals. Thanks for sharing the details as well. Enjoy your new watch!
Well done! The tricolore is not really my favourite Journe but nevertheless the fact that you love it to bits is the most important thing!! While I like the traditional Journe better, this one is very unique and like you said, once in a lifetime opportuni...
I have other FP Journes which are my grail pieces at the moment such as the Tokyo Boutique Titanium Resonance or the Rosegold dial, Plat. cased Resonance or the Dead Beat Tourbillon and I really like the new Tantalum Souverain Bleu aswell so I hope over t...
Congratulations! You really have a great collection of Journe! And some very different looking pieces so you can mix it up day to day! I agree the Chronometre Bleu look very interesting. I have to see how tantalum looks in real life! With the different di...
Sorry, I've misinterpreted what you've said, but you made a very good start!! Your watch is very rare which adds to the satisfaction of being able to obtain it on top of the horological marvel that Monsieur Journe have created! Especially the rose gold ma...
Hearty congrats! This is a gorgeous watch! I love the color combo -- it's so sporty, and coupled with my favorite Journe design, the CS, well...I'm floored! Beautiful! I hope you enjoy the new watch for years to come! Cheers, Daos
I'm really glad you liked it , I ordered 2 new straps for it yesterday, a midnight blue croco with red stitching and a tan strap with red stitching, hopefully my AD can confirm my order in the coming days as they've never ordered such straps before. What ...
...but I'm having a harder time picturing what tan with red is going to look like when married with the case/dial. I'm sure it will be fine! No worries! Love the watch! Daos
I don't remember where I got the pic from or who it belongs to but it gives you an idea and you can imagine the red stitching: So what do you think? Go or No Go S...
On the example you show above, I think it works against the expanse of gray on the dial. For your Tricolore CS, I'm not as convinced. I think the bright white begs for a more contrasting strap, and the midnight blue will work well in that regard, while al...
...after all you've got the WATCH to marvel at now! That's what's important! Isn't it fun to get a new piece? I get so giddy over new acquisitions that I almost want to sleep with them next to me, so I can look at the new watch as my eyes start closing an...
Congrats my friend! I actually didn't even notice the red tip of the minute hand until your wonderful picturials... Did FPJ do any other time piece for SFT with this colour theme?
Glad you enjoyed it , my understanding is that they did the following watch aswell for SFT and the CS Tricolore and this watch were sold as a set, there was also an FPJ wall clock offered as part of the set but I haven't seen a pic of it yet unless someon...
Sorry for being late here! But that is one rare CS you'v got there! Glad to see you'v joined the family with a perfect perfect piece! Cheers and wear it in the best of health! Stephen
I've always admired your great taste and your fantastic Journe reports aswell as your FPJ BL, I can definitely say you were part of my sub conscious when I pulled the trigger LoooL Thank you my friend S

I love the dial and packaging too. Journe and Bell & Ross have that elongated display box design which I like as its different from the norm. Awesome choice...may it bring much joy!
