The crocodile strap of my JLC has been suffering in the center of Brazil . I do not have a “spare” strap but even if I had I don’t have the tools to change it and won’t let anyone – even the AD – do it until it’s worn out. I really fear having it scratche...

I think I saw a display case here in my hometown with water resistant/proof leather straps made by Hirsch (sp); might be worth a try imho Edwin
not for me, but I respect you can do whatever makes you happy!!
Although I would like to see some more exotic skin straps on the CS...I think it could pull of some colorful gators also..

but I do admire you enjoying your piece and after all you are the only one that needs to be happy with it. I think maybe a nice black or brown shell cordovan strap would look nice and they are very sweat resistant, but if you like it who cares what I thin...
