Legibility is important in a watch, but I’ll say that for the Parking Meter i generally read the right sub-dial only, unless I’m traveling. I also sometimes only set the right sub-dial. Your comment is appreciated and is the common comment I hear about th... 

I love red too! This strap is special to me as there are lots of details in it that are very personal.

I normally don't like to see parking meters (they get you in trouble and they eat your money), but this one is definitely a nice sight for sore eyes!

As the left dial resembles a parking meter, but I love it! I wish Journe did more digital dials. Maybe even one where the digital dial is on the right!
