Does not take a bad picture. It’s also a watch with the dynamism to keep it very interesting for a long long time. Interestingly this has also been a turn off for some collectors, which I always found really strange.

It does something really good with the white gold dials. The original straps are really excellent but I also have a thing with calf straps when they get a patina. They give a slight vintage feel which I love on the Journe watches 😊 How is your coffee? Min...
line is that they really do respond well to different straps. A different color or texture strap instantly and seamlessly works and does not seem forced with the CB. Not to mention it is such a great watch that can go casual to dress with ease.
For many years the CB was my travel watch of choice, precisely because it could go anywhere. This was before it became harder to find and significantly more valuable (at that point it’s travel days were over).
I don't think I've ever seen a bad picture of the CB and virtually any colour strap seems to work well with it as does yours. Wera and enjoy it in good health. Marc
It is really crazy to think that this was the cheapest of them all (at retail and used/grey). For many many years it was arguably the best value of any independent.
