I’m fortunate to be able to eat and loss weight once I eat less (relatively) for a couple days…my weight can easily maintained and fluctuate between 81 to 84kg.

Are always good as I find that Michelin rating maybe tied to service difference but one can surely find good tasting food without Michelin rating. I am perfectly happy not eating Michelin, but my better half is more inclined 😀
