As for the recipe, it changes a tad each time. I often add some ginger for extra freshness, generally a tad of fish sauce and some soy sauce to season. Kurkuma often features, too, garlic could be an option but has not been used on this occasion πŸ˜ŠπŸ€·πŸ»β€β™‚οΈ
