Beer was transported by horse carriages in the past and the legacy can be seen at the ground level stables area. Unfortunately the horses were not in there.
Amstel beer. Named after the Amstel river which gave birth the name Amsterdam. A dam on the river Amstel.

I visited a few years back & really enjoyed it too. Didn't know about the VIP tour - as would have done that. If you ever go to Dublin - go to the Guinness brewery, it's just as good. Cheers JML
