Glad to know the fruit was still holding up---i expect the tannins to be non existent or well integrated into the complexity must be interesting. Best henry

So maybe the contrast was still in our minds. Tannins present but as you noted well integrated. The wine was enjoyed at a restaurant not from my cellar so we did not have the time to let it sit and evolve so we enjoyed it over the course of the meal. Bill...

Maybe because it tune into the vintage side of me but nothing beats a well age wine and it doesn't need to be high end stuff. Does the wine pair well with what you are having? Regard Tyler
