I bought these at a Specialized Whole Sale Food Suppliers but unfortunately the Employees there spoke only Chinese so I wasn't completely sure what I was buying but was curious, would appreciate it if you could translate the front label and ingredients. 1...  

Spicy and salty. A personal favorite of mine. You can serve it as a side dish. For me, I can eat the whole pack of that with a couple of steamed buns or a bowl of boiled rice or noodle. Cheers, Luis

Appreciate the help. What great condiments, I tried the second one today with rice and lentils, the second one is Sichaun Pepper Pickles and the ingredients are: Canola oil, chilli 21%, cowpea (a legume) 6.5%, preserved vegetable, chinese lettuce, peanut,...
