yes, almost all Gyromatics (HF or not) with calibers 31 to 33 have the problem that with time the winding via the crown is getting stiffer and stiffer. Even after service, this typically remains. Don't force it. The Gyromatic auto-winding is very efficien...

I did read somewhere it has to do with the Gyromatic design and only replacing original parts will fix it for a while before it gets stiff again. Just accept that as a vintage flaw as long as everything else works well. Finding a good local watchmaker? Ne...
